I have .CMR file that was extracted from archived hires sat images using USAPhotoMaps and finely calibrated by hand. It centers on Quest, is 559 meg and zips down to 157 meg. You can add it as a raster map to add texture to animations. Covers only the local area, about 8 miles on a side. I layer it on top of the sectionals for Jacksonville and Miami and it really helps me relate terrain to airspace. It's also my abstract goal... to fly off the photos and onto the sectionals
Archive is named BigQuestJPG.Zip anf the File is named BigQuestJPG.CMR - Note: this is not a JPG. It is a SeeYou converted CMR file based on a JPG. USAPhotoMaps is easy and intuitive IMHO, and will give you coordinates for any point on the images you create, if you use something other than SeeYou. It downloads from known archives and is chock full of features.
