YouTube placed a disclaimer below the video that it contained Russian-sponsored content.

The narration is badly translated from russian and contains errors.

Er… The Ukraine is not Russia.
Youtube disclaimer: "UATV is funded in whole or in part by the Ukrainian Gov't"

YT should also inform people that PBS is funded in whole or in part by the US gov't.

But politically-driven media aside…
I really like those Aeros gliders. And it's icing on the cake that they're made in the Ukraine. I hope their parts availability has improved.

It's also not "The Ukraine," it's just "Ukraine." Adding "the" is considered an insult to most Ukrainians as they consider it a slight on their sovereignty, particularly in light of recent Russian aggressions.

Pedantry aside, the Ukrainians really do have a knack for building aircraft.

Am I the only one that noticed ,that at 49 seconds into the narration he refers to being 2000 kilometers off the ground ? :roll:

"The" Aeros Phantom , was one of the most aesthetically pleasing rigid
wings, i have ever seen !!
