The guy's got the bar stuffed to reduce his climb rate and stay down to the trike's altitude. Unfortunately, that also means that he'll catch up to it and the tow line will be slack for a while. At the same airspeed (since they're connected by a rope), a hang glider will outclimb an ultralight trike. Dragonfly's are much easier to tow behind!

Great trike pilots are easy to tow behind.

I LOVE all types of towing. My post was just my little way of pullin' yur leg! Working at home for the past 3 months. No flying of recent, so I thought I would go 'round provoking and that stuffed bar and slack towline were just hangin' out there sooo far! I sure do miss owning a DragonFly. Have you ever played "Chase the Ace" with a good tow pilot?

Hope everyone is well… :D
