Why I Love Bats

Post by JBBenson »

Bats are pretty cool:

Echolocation allows night flight
Active, touch-sensitive control surfaces
Totally stealth, absolutely silent

"The articulated bone structure and soft membrane of bats' wings give them a maneuverability that is superior to birds, making bats potential models for small air vehicles."
